Data Science Olympiad
The Data Science Olympiad is a free virtual test for 11- to 15-year-old students that focuses on various dimensions of data science by linking statistics, math, and science. Like the Math Olympiad. It is a data literacy initiative by Hello AI- HAI Labs
The preliminary round of the first Global Data Science Olympiad will take place between May 27 and May 30, 2023

The preliminary round of the first Global Data Science Olympiad will take place between May 27 and May 30, 2023
The Data Science Olympiad is a one-hour online exam that can be taken at your convenience and location. The login details and instructions for the exam will be sent to both the registered child and the parent’s email addresses.

Rewards and recognition
There are three reward categories: gold, silver, and bronze. Participants will receive a certificate that can be valuable for admission to international universities.
All participants who receive a gold certification in the preliminary exams will get a chance to participate in the international data science championship. The winners of the championship will get to visit and participate in the Global Data Hackathon in December 2024 in London, UK.
